Were looking for a strategic people-first leader to build and scale a high-performing Renewals team within our Direct Sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine frontline leadership with hands-on deal strategydriving predictable renewal outcomes maximizing multi-year revenue and reducing churn risk.

In this role youll:
Lead coach and develop a team of Renewals Specialists to exceed targets and grow their careers
Drive a value-based renewal motion that improves GRR and NRR
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Customer Success Finance and Field Operations
Own renewal execution excellencefrom pipeline hygiene to forecasting accuracy
Identify opportunities to scale processes improve efficiency and elevate team performance
Step into complex high-risk renewals to secure the best outcomes

Were looking for someone who brings:
6 years in renewals sales or account management (B2B SaaS/enterprise software)
Proven success leading teams and driving retention metrics (GRR/NRR)
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
A passion for coaching developing talent and building scalable processes
The ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead through change
