We are seeking a high-caliber Key Account Manager forETP (Embedded Technical Partner)to drive long-term growth by embedding our hardware technology into our partners product ecosystems.

Your primary objective is to secure design-in wins ensuring our components become a core part of the partners value proposition. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the partnershipfrom strategic alignment and technical integration to long-term account sustainability.

This position is based in Taipei Taiwan reporting to the Sales Director Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Design-In Development:Identify and build partnership with leading manufacturer to integrate our hardware components into their product roadmaps.
  • Long-term Relationship Orchestration:Build and nurture deep-rooted relationships across multiple levels (C-suite Product Management and Engineering) to ensure we remain their preferred long-term hardware provider.
  • Joint Value Proposition:Collaborate with partners to define how our hardware enhances their end-product performance helping them gain a competitive edge in their market.
  • Lifecycle Management:Oversee the transition from initial prototyping and testing to full-scale mass production and post-launch support.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:Act as the bridge between the partners engineering team and our internal R&D/Supply Chain teams to ensure technical specifications and delivery timelines are met.
  • Commercial Negotiation:Lead complex negotiations regarding long-term supply agreements (LSA) pricing structures and intellectual property (IP) considerations.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Background:5 years of experience in B2B Hardware Sales OEM Account Management or Strategic Alliances(e.g. Semiconductors IoT Electronics or Industrial Modules).
  • Technical Literacy:Ability to understand hardware architecture datasheets and integration challenges. You should be comfortable discussing specs with engineers.
  • The Long Game Mindset:Proven track record of managing long sales cycles (618 months) and maintaining partner momentum throughout.
  • Strategic Negotiation:Experience in drafting and closing high-stakes multi-year contracts that focus on sustainable mutual growth.
  • Communication:Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical benefits into business value.
  • Experience with global supply chain dynamics and hardware manufacturing processes.
