Requirements:

La Faculté de droit Section de droit civil cherche à recruter des à temps partiel qui se distinguent par leur expertise et qui jouent un rôle de premier plan dans la profession juridique. Pour enseigner ce cours le ou la candidat.e doit :
- Détenir un LL.L. ou un LL.B. (ou leur équivalent);
- Être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec du barreau dune autre province ou de la Chambre des notaires du Québec;
- Avoir une expérience significative et pertinente dans le domaine concerné par ce cours et/ou détenir un diplôme détudes supérieures dans ce domaine et/ou avoir contribué à la recherche par des publications académiques démontrant une expertise reconnue dans ce domaine;
- Le fait davoir une expérience denseignement universitaire dans une faculté de droit est un atout.
