About this opportunity
The Site Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the manufacturing site. This role is pivotal in coordinating site activities maintaining accurate records supporting compliance and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Work hours - 8:30am - 2:30pm
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide administrative support to site leadership and operational teams.
- Ensure accurate data entry into SAP and other business systems.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and support procurement processes.
- Coordinate meetings site events and visitor management.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role youll have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Understanding of WHSE and compliance documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
