Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Service Analyst to support Corporate Trust operations by managing and strengthening client relationships. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients ensuring a high level of service while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and account-related requests
- Support onboarding and ongoing interactions with new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Ensure all activities align with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks
- Assist with operational processes and client service improvements
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in client service financial services or banking environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Bachelors degree preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Corporate Trust or financial services operations
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven environments
