We are currently looking for Electrical Lead within Buildings who wants to take on a key role in our projects and contribute to creating sustainable intelligent and future-proof buildings.

Locations: Gothenburg Stockholm Malmö Skövde Karlstad

Your Role

As an Electrical Lead you will have overall responsibility for the electrical discipline across projects from early concept stages through to final delivery. You will set direction create structure and ensure high quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating electrical design in building projects
• Taking ownership of technical solutions quality and deliveries within the electrical discipline
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on all electrical-related matters
• Supporting mentoring and developing colleagues within the team
• Contributing to tenders cost estimates and strategic decisions
• Collaborating closely with other disciplines such as HVAC structural engineering and architecture

Who You Are

You are an experienced electrical or building services engineer who thrives in a leadership role and is motivated by driving structure quality and progress in projects.

• Several years of experience in electrical design within building projects
• Solid knowledge of relevant standards regulations and industry best practices
• Experience in leading projects or technical disciplines
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• The ability to build trust both internally and with clients
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
