Site Junior

Within the Operations & Performance team you will support the preparation and execution of electromechanical assembly and plant start-up activities for VWTI systems working under the supervision of site manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support in Electromechanical Assembly

You will:

• Assist in checking civil works and existing installations

• Support the preparation of assembly procedures

• Assist in supervising subcontractors (mechanical and electrical)

• Help coordinate site activities under guidance

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Support the verification of materials and equipment delivery on site

• Assist in checking correct mechanical and electrical installation

• Help resolve basic technical issues with support from senior engineers

• Support the preparation of progress reports

• Assist in updating site documentation (as-built drawings reports certificates)

• Act as Preposto in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 supervising site safety ensuring compliance with regulations and intervening in case of unsafe behaviours

Support in Plant Start-up Activities

You will:

• Assist in preparing start-up procedures

• Support engineers during FAT and SAT activities

• Participate in site checks such as:

  • basic testing activities

  • I/O checks

  • initial filling operations

• Assist in instrument calibration under supervision

• Support the start-up process together with senior engineers and technicians

Site Support

You will:

• Support the Site Manager in daily activities

• Follow safety rules and report any issues

• Assist in ensuring that site documentation is up to date

Qualifications :

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or a technical field

• 03 years of experience (also internships are acceptable)

• Willingness to work on-site

• Basic technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Basic organisational skills

• Willingness to learn and grow

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Italian (native level)

• Basic to intermediate English
