Base salary from $76250  Super Group wide discounts

About the Role:

• Strategically manage room rates and booking channels to keep our 28 rooms ahead of the game
• Greet every guest like a long-lost cousin to create a true home away from home experience
• Own our online reputation by managing reviews and guest feedback
• Drive financial integrity through daily reconciliations POS maintenance and stock control
• Maintain accurate employee records training logs and VISA obligations within ALH systems
• Identify and highlight cash or stock variances while supporting venue audit results
• Provide data-driven insights and administrative support to the venue leadership team

• You have the confidence to lead the accommodation team while maintaining a professional office
• Hospitality runs through your veins and guest satisfaction is your primary driver
• You are a systems expert who understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality
