This unique dual role is designed for a guru in rooms and rates who also happens to be a master of the behind-the-scenes mechanics. Base salary from $76250 Super Group wide discounts
About the Role:
- Strategically manage room rates and booking channels to keep our 28 rooms ahead of the game
- Greet every guest like a long-lost cousin to create a true home away from home experience
- Own our online reputation by managing reviews and guest feedback
- Drive financial integrity through daily reconciliations POS maintenance and stock control
- Maintain accurate employee records training logs and VISA obligations within ALH systems
- Identify and highlight cash or stock variances while supporting venue audit results
- Provide data-driven insights and administrative support to the venue leadership team

- You have the confidence to lead the accommodation team while maintaining a professional office
- Hospitality runs through your veins and guest satisfaction is your primary driver
- You are a systems expert who understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality
