SUMMER PRODUCTION WORKER (TEMP)

18 YEARS OLD MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Join our production team and play a vital role in delivering safe high-quality poultry products to this hands-on position you will work on the processing line performing tasks such as cutting trimming packaging and/or inspecting products to meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and biosecurity guidelines. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key. Purpose:

Processes product using tools (to include knives) manual labor and equipment provided in accordance with USDA and Pilgrims Company product standards and procedures

Responsibilities:

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME FOR 90 DAYS FROM

MAY 10TH- SEPT 06 2026.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to comprehend simple instructions

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees)

Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day

Ability to multitask and work quickly

Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.)

• Must have good communication skills.
• Good hand and eye coordination required.

PreferredQualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Food or production experience preferred.
