As a Premier AWS Partner we dont just move workloads to the cloud; we reinvent how Belgian enterprises operate. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is passionate about the AWS ecosystem and ready to lead our customers through the next revolution: Responsible AI.

In this role you arent just a salespersonyou are a strategic partner to both our clients and Amazon. You will bridge the gap between business vision and AWSs cutting-edge capabilities.

  • Strategic Growth: Lead the expansion of Devoteams AWS footprint in Belgium focusing on high-value areas like Cloud Managed Services Data & AI and Migration.
  • Co-Selling Mastery: Actively blend with AWS seller teams. You will be our primary liaison leveraging AWS partner programs and funding (like MAP) to create winning propositions for our clients.
  • Executive Influence: Transition from vendor to Trusted Advisor by building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders helping them navigate complex digital transformations.
  • Portfolio Innovation: Contribute to the creation of unique Marketplace offers and spearhead sales-focused marketing initiatives that set Devoteam apart in the Belgian market.

Qualifications :

Who You Are

  • The AWS Specialist: You have a solid track record in selling Cloud Software or IT Services. You either know the AWS partner programs inside-out or have the intellectual curiosity to master them quickly.
  • Enterprise Navigator: You have at least 5 years of experience in complex multi-level B2B sales. You know how to manage a long sales cycle while keeping a robust pipeline active.
  • Networker & Connector: You possess a broad network within the Belgian market and thrive in collaborative environments where winning as a team is the standard.
  • Multilingual Communicator: To support our diverse Belgian client base you are fluent in Dutch and French with a professional command of English.
