Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst NIS2 Compliance & Documentation
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the documentation consolidation and governance of compliance activities related to CyFun/NIS2 requirements within a large-scale transport environment.
The primary objective is to ensure that compliance evidence processes and controls are properly documented traceable and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect analyze and transform dispersed information into structured auditable documentation.
- Ensure consistency completeness and quality of compliance documentation.
- Bridge the gap between operational implementations and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain templates procedures and compliance records.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with operational and technical teams to gather required information and evidence.
- Identify validate and document compliance evidence and traceability links.
- Prepare and maintain compliance dossiers for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Support governance activities across multiple NIS2-related projects and work packages.
- Verify compliance control points and ensure proper documentation standards are applied.
Required Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional/Technical Analyst.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work effectively with operational technical and business stakeholders.
- Persistent and proactive in gathering information from multiple sources.
- Experience working in large and complex organizations.
Required Skills

Languages
- Fluent in French and Dutch.
- Good professional proficiency in English.
Work Environment
- Hybrid working model.
- Presence on-site at least 2 days per week.
- Maximum 8 teleworking days per month.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the public transportation sector.
- Knowledge of NIS2 and cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
- Experience preparing audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance evidence.
- Previous involvement in governance risk and compliance initiatives.
Contract Information
- Long-term assignment with potential extensions.
- Maximum duration (including renewals): up to 880 working days.
