Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership:
- Own and execute the regional account strategy for a toptier multinational financial services group.
- Develop and govern a multicountry account plan aligned to Visas regional and global growth priorities.
- Translate client business strategies into executable commercial and technology initiatives on Visas network.
- Monitor market trends regulatory developments and competitive dynamics across covered markets.
Executive Relationship Management:
- Build and manage strong trusted relationships with Group and Countrylevel executives including CEOs CROs CTOs and Heads of Payments.
- Act as the primary senior escalation point for the client ensuring timely resolution of strategic and operational matters.
- Represent Visa in highlevel strategic regulatory and ecosystem discussions where required.
Commercial Growth & Revenue Delivery:
- Drive volume revenue and pipeline growth across issuing acquiring crossborder payments Visa Direct and valueadded services.
- Identify and convert crossmarket and groupwide opportunities into scalable commercial agreements.
- Lead negotiations for complex regional deals partnerships and longterm strategic agreements.
CrossFunctional Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate crossfunctional Visa teams spanning Product VAS Consulting Risk Legal Finance Deal Desk and Markets.
- Ensure disciplined execution across multiple concurrent initiatives reducing delivery risk and fragmentation.
- Provide clear governance prioritization and performance oversight across all covered markets.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications:
Required Experience:
10 years experience in Banking Payments Financial Services or Fintech.
Proven track record managing large complex regional or multinational financial institutions at executive level.
Strong commercial experience across issuing acquiring digital payments and emerging payment rails.
Demonstrated ability to lead highvalue negotiations and multimarket strategic partnerships.
Skills & Capabilities:
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen strategic thinking and structured problemsolving.
Ability to operate effectively across multiple geographies cultures and regulatory environments.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree required.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
