Job Summary
About the Role:
We are looking to transition our high-performing interns into full-time Associate AI/ML Engineers. As an graduate we expect you to bring a strong theoretical foundation to our R&D team helping us bridge the gap between academic research and production-grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Development: Design train and fine-tune Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (LLMs NLP Computer Vision) for real-world business use cases.
Research to Production: Read and implement state-of-the-art research papers translating theoretical concepts into working prototypes and scalable APIs.
Data Engineering: Collaborate with the data team to build efficient pipelines for data cleaning pre-processing and augmentation.
Optimization: Analyze model performance and optimize for latency accuracy and resource efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of experiments model architectures and results.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Masters degree in computer science IT or related field.
Required Skills:
Education: in Computer Science AI Data Science or related fields.
Programming: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C or Java.
Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch TensorFlow Keras or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of algorithms data structures probability and linear algebra.
Prior Experience: Successful completion of an internship with Company Name.
Preferred Qualifications:
Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.
Experience with Cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker Azure AI or GCP).
Additional Information :
