What you bring

• An entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong ownership over product direction and decisions.
• 10 years of Product Management experience
• 5 years of domain expertise in Commodity Management
• The ability to think proactively and strategically when defining requirements and shaping product evolution.
• Deep domain knowledge in commodity trading across Agriculture Energy and Metals including industry practices pain points and value drivers.
• A focus on measurable outcomebased impact rather than outputs.
• The capability to quickly ideate prototype using AI and assess viability to ensure the product solves real customer problems.
• Strength in articulating concepts clearly to internal teams stakeholders and customers.
• A knack for understanding complex issues and transforming them into valuable scalable product solutions.
