Velar por el cumplimiento de la seguridad física de la compañía

• Generar la elaboración de reportes de equipos manejados por cada Aerolínea.
• Proveer el equipo requerido en las áreas de producción.
• Alistar los elementos necesarios para cada vuelo de acuerdo a los pedidos realizados.
• Cumplir con la rotación de productos perecederos de acuerdo a la norma HACCP y BPM.
• Cumplir con la entrega de Kamban.
• Informar las situaciones que puedan afectar la inocuidad de los alimentos la salud y seguridad de las personas o el medio ambiente.
• Reportar a cada aerolínea el inventario existente de acuerdo a las fechas establecidas por cada Aerolínea.
• Realizar el descargue de los productos provenientes de cada aerolínea registrarlos en las páginas de cada aerolínea y almacenarlo.
• Realizar el armado de bebidas de Comisariato.
• Apoyo al área de lavado y rampa y cuando sea solicitado por el supervisor o jefe de operaciones.
• Apoyar y ejecutar el inventario del área.
• Realizar armando de cubertería de acuerdo con la especificación de cada aerolínea.
