Position Summary

TheContractor Advisorprovides customer service to contractors and self-builders in the commercial or industrial sectors. They complete quote forms manage commercial accounts ensure department restocking handle emails and follow up on orders and deliveries. They maintain a personalized relationship between the company and its clients and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and procedures.

Knowledge and Required Training

• Experience in construction projects
• Knowledge of the renovation sector
• Ability to use computer systems
• Good command of spoken French

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift loads between 50 and 75 pounds
• Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday (depending on store needs)
