Are you passionate about supporting sales and marketing to develop plans that drive the LEGO Group to reach more children and enable the supply chain to plan for the future across the CEEMEA Market Group Bring your sharp analytical skills and engaging communication style to this pivotal role!
Core Responsibilities
- Own the sell in forecast for set of LEGO Themes and assigned Business Units of CEEMEA region
- Use a statistical forecast driven by machine learning and deliver a monthly demand plan for up to a 20-month horizon.
- Ensure the demand plan accurately reflects known marketing product launch and promotional activities for long term horizon.
- Engage with assigned BUs in CEEMEA in the deployment of the business strategy and ensure local market assumptions are collected and optimally communicated.
- Inform and advise the General Managers of likely outcomes for their business and highlight potential risks play a key role throughout the S&OP process.
- Consolidate results to the Regional Demand Review meeting (RDR) for Market Group Head Approval
- Generate business cases for approval and/or escalation.
- Support in the engagement with senior management and crafting and delivering the key messages for respective forums
- Participate in the monthly submission process following demand plan approval.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for demand planning processes tools and reports.

Reporting into the CEEMEA Long Term Demand Planning Director you will support the broader business to evaluate the volume and value (revenue and profit) of the existing plans enabling senior management to identify gaps to target and take corrective action. Your work will be key to an effective BU S&OP process helping the business to deliver its commercial targets.
Do you have what it takes
- Supply chain planning background with some experience within demand planning
- A strong understanding of statistics and analytical skills
- A proven track record to tell the story.
- An understanding of end-to-end supply chains IBP and S&OP processes
- An ability to master complexity
- Ability to communicate in a way that makes the complex simple
- Validated influencing skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
