Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for users providing support via email chat phone and social media. From account-related questions to billing and technical issues your focus will be on delivering efficient seamless and high-quality assistance throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and professional support across various channels
  • Assist customers with account setup password recovery billing queries and verification
  • Identify and resolve technical issues while keeping users informed
  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented mindset in every interaction
  • Accurately document cases following internal processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
