As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for users providing support via email chat phone and social media. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and professional support across various channels
- Assist customers with account setup password recovery billing queries and verification
- Identify and resolve technical issues while keeping users informed
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented mindset in every interaction
- Accurately document cases following internal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
