Internal Communications Adviser

We are working closely alongside with Financial Ombudsman Service to assist with the appointment of an Internal Communications Adviser on a 3-month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 249.00 - 336.50 per day

Summary:

The Financial Ombudsman Service is looking for an Internal Communications Adviser to support the delivery of effective engaging and timely communications across the organisation.

Youll play a key role in shaping internal messaging supporting campaigns and ensuring employees stay informed and connected during a period of major transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of internal communications strategy and campaigns
• Create high-quality content across multiple formats (written video visual in-person)
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels including intranet content
• Plan and deliver internal events such as Town Halls and leadership meetings
• Produce and manage internal newsletters and distribution lists

Essentials:

• Experience working in an internal communications environment (in-house or agency)
• Experience supporting the design and delivery of targeted communications plans and campaigns including measuring success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create content across multiple formats (written video visual in-person)
• Ability to work independently manage deadlines and handle multiple projects

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires a Basic DBS
