Key Responsibilities
Assist in endtoend recruitment: sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding
Maintain employee records HR documentation and statutory compliance registers
Coordinate joining formalities induction programs and employee engagement activities
Manage attendance leave records and support payroll processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws factory regulations and HR policies
Prepare HR reports MIS and support audits
Liaise with internal departments to support workforce management in manufacturing operations
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
03 years of experience in HR operations (freshers may apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MSOffice (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and grow in HR and compliance functions
Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
