YOUR NEW ROLE
The Marketing Operations Lead drives operational excellence across the Marketing team shaping the workflows systems and processes that enable efficient high-quality campaign delivery. As part of the Marketing Leadership Team the role supports strong decision-making and cross-team alignment while managing key supplier relationships and leading the Marketing Operations and Traffic Specialist.

ARE YOU THE ONE
Key Responsibilities/skills:
- 68 years experience in senior operations studio or campaign management roles with proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Expertise in workflow resource and project management across multiple campaigns or creative projects ensuring efficiency and alignment with business strategy.
- Strong operational acumen including budget management procurement supplier oversight and governance framework implementation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of creative and production processes with proficiency in relevant digital platforms and project management tools (e.g. Dropbox Frontify Kyno).
- Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements optimising operational performance and embedding system and process changes in fast-paced high-volume environments for Sydney Opera House.
