Job Description

Saint Lukes Crittenton Childrens Center in Kansas City MO is seeking a Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team.

Areas of service include Northland counties such as Clay Platte and Ray

Responsibilities:

  • Swing shift and varies M-F. Remote for administrative in-office meetings twice monthly client contact is conducted in-person and in the community.
  • Provides trauma-informed care and assists children youth and families cope with complex behavior and mental health needs
  • Essential functions include but are not limited to the following: clinical case management crisis intervention social-emotional skill building parent education assisting families to ensure basic needs are met and consultation with community agencies to serve clients and their families
  • Individuals will reduce barriers for clients and their families by meeting with them in their homes schools and in the community
  • Completes progress notes assessments treatment plans and other required documentation within required timeframe
  • This role will share coverage for weekend crisis on-call phone
  • Individuals in this position may find themselves deployed in a variety of settings within the organization and may serve on more than one team
  • Masters degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or related field
  • Must have a clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance
