- Resolves customer concerns or directs to appropriate department personnel
- Verifies availability of product or service and establishes delivery dates.
- Monitors inventory levels and initiates routine rush service and procurement card orders. Confirms orders details and updates database discrepancies.
- Maintains and updates the MMIS system with vendor information and purchase order information.
- Processes returns and communicates with vendor dock and customer.
