Data Administrator (6-Month Contract)

Background:

START DATE: MAY (IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED) - Hybrid working arrangement

This is a 6month temporary assignment with strong potential for extension designed to support Sales activities and ensure smooth execution of endtoend order management processes. The role plays a critical part in maintaining data quality order cycles and strengthening crossfunctional collaboration.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detailoriented Data Administrator to support commercial customer data across ERP CRM and eCommerce systems within EMEA countries. You will play an important role in ensuring data accuracy supporting global sales teams and enabling efficient order and invoicing processes all within a flexible hybrid working setup.

What you will do:

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment ensuring accuracy completeness and timeliness.

• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.

• Validate order details including pricing quantities delivery dates payment terms and customer information.
• Handle datarelated requests and perform troubleshooting activities.

• Collaborate with Sales IT and other global stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 2 years of experience in order management supply chain or data management scope.
• Experience with ERP tools Microsoft ERP (NAV/AX) and/or Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and serviceoriented approach.

• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment.
• Proactive team player with positive attitude strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
