Job Summary

Your mission:

Your tasks:
- Experience in providing fast solutionfocused end user support via phone email chat and onsite in person
- Ability to own incidents problems and service requests end to end working with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Appreciation for clear documentation including fixes and howto guides to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing
- Handson experience in installing configuring and troubleshooting operating systems applications and peripheral devices
What we are looking for:
- Education in Information Technology (e.g. apprenticeship HF or FH) with first hands on experience in end user support
- Proven experience providing technical support for Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with IT support environments and tools; experience with Active Directory Intune SCCM Citrix Exchange Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel occasionally to regional airports
- Communication: Ability to understand technical issues from a user perspective and explain them clearly to non technical users
- Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems break down complex issues into manageable parts and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- German and English skills that support clear reliable communication with diverse stakeholders in a professional and safety critical environment
