IT System Administrator (mfd)

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve operations-related issues
• Installation configuration and maintenance of client hardware and operating systems phones and applications.
• Installation configuration and maintenance of server hardware VMs operating systems and applications.
• Ensure backups for site are running correctly.
• Work with infrastructure team to Perform routine infrastructure maintenance activities including patch management firmware upgrades and system backups as required.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts accordingly.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Client hardware operating systems (Windows and Linux) and virtualization technologies
• Nice to have - Knowledge of server hardware operating systems (Windows and Linux) and virtualization technologies
• Nice to have - Experience configuring and managing network technologies such as switches routers firewalls and VPNs as well as cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud)
• Nice to have - Familiar with IT security principles and best practices including network security access controls and vulnerability management.
• Nice to have - Confident knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis tools to proactively detect and remediate infrastructure issues.
• English plus local language.
