The Compliance Generalist is a key driver of how our Compliance and Risk Management team workstoday and into the future. This role is not just about keeping up with requirements; its about rethinking how we do the work so its clearer more efficient and more human for those we serve across the the midwest.
Youll help design and improve workflows using tools like Power BI Power Automate and SharePoint making compliance processes easier to navigate easier to track and easier to improve. Youll partner with colleagues across departments to turn data into insight policies into practice and ethical expectations into everyday actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in compliance business finance information systems or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in compliance risk management healthcare nonprofit government or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint Copilot Power Automate and Power BI including the ability to support workflows reporting and information management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to convey sensitive information in a constructive and solution-focused manner.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance concepts technical compliance requirements and industry-specific terminology.
- Excellent analytical organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to learn and adapt to program-specific compliance systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of audits and compliance monitoring activities is preferred.
