Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly experienced Benefits Director to provide strategic leadership across a comprehensive benefits portfolio. This role operates at a senior level partnering with executive leadership while overseeing day-to-day benefits operations. The ideal candidate will quickly assess the current benefits landscape and drive key initiatives with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design implementation and administration of comprehensive benefits programs
• Oversee health and welfare plans including medical dental and vision offerings
• Manage financial benefits programs such as retirement plans (401k/pension) deferred compensation and financial wellness initiatives
• Develop and align a cohesive total rewards strategy across the organization
• Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional discussions on benefits structure cost optimization and vendor performance
• Manage vendor relationships including performance evaluation and compliance oversight
• Lead complex RFP processes including vendor selection evaluation negotiation and implementation
• Oversee the full lifecycle of annual enrollment including communications employee engagement platform management and post-enrollment auditing
• Identify opportunities to enhance benefits delivery operational efficiency and overall employee experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field (Masters preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing benefits operations in a complex organization
• Extensive experience with both health & welfare and financial benefits programs
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to benefits administration
• Proven ability to present to and influence executive leadership
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on experience with annual enrollment processes including auditing and reconciliation
• Direct experience managing benefits RFP processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
• Experience within healthcare systems or large multi-divisional organizations
