Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Pre-Operative for an exciting Travel or Local job in Atlanta GA.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty
- Required AHA BLS ACLS NIHSS
- Must have Neuro & Thoracic experience
Responsibilities:
- Pre-operative patient care in surgical setting
- Prepare patients for surgery and ensure surgical readiness
- Perform pre-op assessments and safety checks
- Administer pre-operative medications as ordered
- Provide patient education and emotional support
- Coordinate with OR and anesthesia teams for patient flow
- Maintain accurate documentation
