As a Support Consultant at CSI Engineering USA you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone chat and email channels. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues guiding customers through problem-solving steps and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone chat and email in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to engineering services
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving steps
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations in every interaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in the engineering industry is a plus
- Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Previous experience in a remote support role is preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $24 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $30 per hour
