Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data governance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment adoption and operational use of Alstoms Data Catalog acting as a bridge between business and data users. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Data Owners Data Stewards and other stakeholders) support functional testing and validation activities and create impactful training and onboarding materials among other responsibilities.

Youll specifically take care of structuring user needs and ensuring alignment with Alstom Data Governance principles and standards but also contribute to change management and communication activities to drive adoption.

Well look to you for:

• Basic understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts.
• Good analytical mindset with the ability to structure indicators and follow action plans.
• Power BI skills (data visualization dashboards KPIs).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or querying (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a structured and collaborative manner.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus

• Ability to prepare and lead workshops and training sessions
• Organized rigorous and user-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
