Business Analyst - Reporting Team

Location: Warsaw

Hybrid model: 3 days from office per week

Global Finance Services (GFS) is at the heart of the AZ Finance function. We are accountable to the AZ Group for the design and delivery of high quality simple to operate transactional finance processes which combined with exceptional business analysis and insight enable our customers to focus on AZs strategic priorities. As the Financial Analyst you will be focusing on reporting aspects of finance. Your responsibilities will include leading coordination for month-end closing activities and facilitating a smooth planning process. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders including high-level senior stakeholders contributing to the strategic financial decision-making process.

Typical Accountabilities

What youll do:

  • Participate in month end closing activities - prepare and deliver consolidated financial reports with precision and clarity enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.
  • Support forecasting cycles - consolidate data to help achieving strategic planning.
  • Drive Process Improvements - collaborate across teams to enhance and streamline reporting processes ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Prepare Ad-Hoc Analysis support business needs and uncover new opportunities.

Education Qualifications Skills and Experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in finance and data analysis
  • Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent to understand financial processes
  • Experience and advanced knowledge of Power BI Power Query and Power Pivots
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to develop
  • Ability to learn fast and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Creative and solution-oriented approach

  • VBA
