Commercial Technology Business Development Lead

Poland Ukraine Adriatics & Baltics


As Commercial Technology Business Development Lead for Poland Ukraine Adriatics & Baltics you will own revenue growth pipeline generation and market expansion for our Commercial Technology portfolio within Life Sciences & Healthcare.

This is a senior quotacarrying role focused on acquiring new customers expanding strategic accounts and positioning advanced AI Business Intelligence and CRM solutions with executive stakeholders. You will act as the commercial face of our technology offering in the regiondriving demand shaping deals and closing highvalue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets with full accountability for pipeline creation progression and conversion.
  • Build and execute a robust newbusiness pipeline through proactive prospecting strategic account planning and partnerled opportunities.
  • Drive deal execution from first executive conversation through contract negotiation and close.

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Lead complex multistakeholder enterprise sales cycles within the Life Sciences and Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Act as a senior commercial partner to clients engaging CXOs commercial heads IT leaders and data/analytics organizations.
  • Work closely with global and regional sales teams to orchestrate large opportunities and maximize win rates.

SolutionLed Selling

  • Position AI Business Intelligence and Commercial Analytics as strategic growth levers for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
  • Translate client business challenges into highvalue outcomedriven technology solutions.
  • Lead executivelevel demos workshops and value discussions that clearly articulate ROI differentiation and business impact.

Market & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities expanding our footprint across Poland Ukraine Adriatics & Baltics.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of Clevel decisionmakers influencers and ecosystem partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity market dynamics and industry trends to continuously refine gotomarket strategy.

Internal & Partner Collaboration

  • Partner with product delivery marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless deal execution and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to strengthen offerings and unlock joint pipeline opportunities.
  • Feed market insights back into product and solution strategy.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Technology or related field.
  • Proven track record of enterprise technology sales and business development with measurable success in pipeline generation and revenue delivery.
  • Strong experience selling CRM Business Intelligence Analytics and/or AIdriven solutions.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare commercial environments is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and influence senior executive stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial selfdriven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and executivelevel presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
