What this role is all about

As a HR Generalist you will provide end-to-end People Operations (POP) support across all stages of the employee journey. This is a versatile hands-on role focused on ensuring POP processes are executed effectively while employees and managers receive timely accurate and people-centered support. You will work closely with business stakeholders POP colleagues and Payroll to enable positive employee experiences and operational excellence.

What youll do

• Support employees and managers across all phases of the employee journey ensuring smooth transitions and positive experiences
• Act as a first point of contact for employee relations topics addressing questions concerns and providing guidance on POP policies procedures and benefits
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution in line with company policies and employment laws
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies maintaining and updating POP policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records including personnel files timekeeping payroll data and POP systems
• Process POP-related documentation such as employment contracts terminations promotions and other lifecycle changes
• Execute POP processes within the assigned business area and contribute to POP projects and initiatives in a participant role
• Collaborate closely with managers POP colleagues and Payroll to ensure alignment and effective service delivery
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices proactively identifying opportunities to improve POP processes
• Mentor and support junior team members contributing to team capability and knowledge sharing

What makes you a strong fit

• Experience providing People Operations or HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle
• Solid understanding of employee relations HR policies and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with HR administration employee records management and POP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
