Office Manager Early Intervention Internal Candidates Only

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Office Manager for our busy Needham-based Early Intervention program serving children birth to three years old and their families!

In this vital position the Office Manager will:

• assist the Director and management team in supporting all aspects of the administrative functions required for the efficient and safe operation of the program
• develop and maintain procedures to ensure clinical team members receive administrative support to ensure high-quality care of those served
• oversee the support staff of the EI program site and support the coordination of communications with the administrative offices in Dedham for third party and contract billing
• maintain systems for the accurate and timely management of EICS (Early Intervention Client System) data
• oversee and navigate multiple technology systems concurrently (e.g. scheduling billing communication platforms) streamlining workflows and supporting operational efficiency

Schedule: 40 hours Monday through Friday (hours flexible) in-office during onboarding period; hybrid schedule following initial in-office onboarding period(generally 3 days in-office/2 days remote each week)

Rate: $28.05/hour

Required Skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• High level of comfort with technology and proficiency in systems including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple systems throughout the day

Required Experience

• High School diploma required
• At least one-year supervisory experience in a similar setting
  
• Three years administrative experience
  
• Three years experience in a health setting or related field preferred
• Experience with software programs such as billing or electronic health records preferred
