FLEX Director, New Brands Field Support

Job Summary
This is a temporary position.
The Director New Brands Support US & Canada plays a critical role in supporting Marriotts new brands by ensuring that new brands portfolios are supported through system transitions transitioned into business-as-usual revenue management processes and able to provide solutions on an ongoing basis.
The position works closely with the Senior Director Commercial Performance and partners across cross-discipline commercial teams driving revenue within the Commercial Growth pod. The Director is responsible for identifying performance gaps surfaced by the Senior Manager New Brand Analytics and determining how revenue management strategies can be executed to drive topline performance across new brand portfolios.
Reporting to the Senior Director Revenue Management Field Support US & Canada this role provides execution leadership prioritization and oversight for Marriotts forward growth strategy while providing direct people leadership and accountability for team delivery.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or a related field.
5 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related role.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Revenue Management systems and tools.
Preferred
Masters degree.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Revenue Management Support
Participate in weekly project and Revenue Management workstream calls.
Communicate directly with new brand revenue teams to understand structures and capabilities.
Provide reactive day-to-day support during training weeks.
Partner on webinar delivery workshops and certification preparation as needed.
Provide solutions and support.
Coordinate training preparation and communicate new brand needs.
Subject Matter Expert
Serve as an HPP Amadeus CRS and One Yield subject matter expert for the Commercial Growth Pod.
Understand Demand Generation needs and ability to offer solutions specific to the new brands.
Post-Cutover & Transition to BAU
Conduct daily check-ins with revenue teams when necessary.
Audit all Revenue Management systems for completion and accuracy.
Identify pricing opportunities and execute implementation.
Monitor performance in partnership with analytics teams.
Execute transition to sustainment processes and route issues appropriately.
People Leadership
Provide direct leadership to at least one direct report.
Set priorities assign work and ensure timely execution of responsibilities.
Coach and develop team members supporting New Brands Field Support.
