We are looking foranTechnical Support Managerto come onboardinourTechnical Support Directorate.

Your Mission

TheTechnical Support Managerreports to the Head ofTechnical Support.He/Sheprovides expertaircraftsystems and structural support to ATR operators across the Asia-Pacific region ensuring safe and efficientaircraftoperations.

The role serves as a key technical interface between airline maintenance organizations and ATR engineering teams supporting fleet reliability troubleshooting complex technical issues and contributing to continuous product improvement.

Technical support is primarily delivered through technical query management systems (CRM) email correspondence and direct communication with airline engineering teams from the Singapore Technical Support Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughtimelyandaccuratedelivery of technical support and guidelines.

  • Answer to technical support queries related toaircraftsystems ATA chapters such as Avionics/Electrical Hydromechanical Propulsion Air Conditioning Cabin as well asaircraftstructural ATA chapters received by the Singapore Support center.

  • Providetroubleshooting guidance foraircraftsystems.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with ATR headquarters systems and structure specialist team in France.

  • Focus on preventing andresolving in-servicetechnicalissues andprovide feedback to the headquarters office to support continuous product improvement based on in-service experience.

  • Investigatesolveand follow up on technical issues reported by operators.

  • Initiate and contribute to updates in Technical Publications (e.g.Line Maintenance Manual MPD) to promote continuous improvement of documentation.

  • Participate in Aircraft on Ground (AOG) technical support duty on a rotational basis providing remote expertassistanceto airline operators during weekends and public holidays (approximately one week per month).

  • Occasionally provide on-site technicalassistancewhenat customers site.

  • Occasionally provide on-site or remoteassistance guidelines or training to airline maintenance personnel.

About you

EXPERIENCE SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation engineering or maintenance; preferably involving ATRaircraft.

  • Knowledge ofaircraftsystems (ATA chapters including Hydromechanical Propulsion Air Conditioning Cabin Avionics/Electrical).

  • Knowledge ofaircraftwiringschematicsand standard practices.

  • Knowledge of ATR -600 series avionics systems.

  • Knowledge ofaircraftstructures (preferably ATR structures) is an advantage.

  • Knowledge ofaircraftstructural repair principles for both metallic and composite materials is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Leonardo / Airbus drawing sets is an advantage.

  • Good understanding ofaircraftengineering and maintenance (both line and base maintenance).

  • Good understanding of aviation regulations (EASAFAAand local authorities).

  • Good Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRM or technical query management systems.

SOFTSKILLS

  • Proficiencyin English especially technical English.

  • Proficiencyin French is an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including telephone communication withcustomer-oriented approach.

  • Autonomous organized anddetail-oriented.

  • Dynamic proactive open-minded positive-thinking andan excellentteam player.

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to understand andanticipatecustomer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work under pressure.
