How you will contribute

Build the LRP for winning in cold chain -

  • Work with external partners and build macro insights to define the ideal cold chain footprint (town class premiumization potential et al)

  • Cooler designs to sync with portfolio and make it an asset of pride for channel partners to build competitive advantage

  • Define and refine end-to-end performance tracking for cold chain.

  • Draw actionable insights and liaise with the field teams to drive productivity of the cold chain asset base across channels.

What You Will Bring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in FMCG / retail execution

Experience with digital tools is a bonus

Education & Experience

MBA or equivalent (preferred)
8 years relevant experience
FMCG / field sales exposure preferred
