Freelance Content Editor

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive freelance CMS Administrators. You will be responsible for delivering and administering content management services across a range of platforms ensuring high-quality accurate and timely updates for our clients.

Youll work with a variety of Content Management Systems including Adobe Experience Manager WordPress Joomla Drupal Magento Ektron as well as supporting updates across platforms like YouTube and Wikipedia.

Key Responsibilities

Create and configure new web pages within various CMS platforms

Upload and manage content including text images videos and infographics

Test and ensure content displays and functions correctly across webpages

Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients when required

Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring their current and future needs are met

Work towards and support client KPIs and business objectives

Deliver all tasks on time and to a high standard

Follow internal processes procedures and external compliance requirements

Provide support and cover for team members when necessary

Carry out ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent IT skills with strong proficiency in Adobe tools and Microsoft Office

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to follow processes while also working independently

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and overcome challenges

Strong project management and customer service skills

A keen interest in digital marketing

Native-level proficiency in a language other than English

Understanding of online marketing and web development principles

Experience working with CMS platforms such as AEM WordPress Joomla Drupal Magento or Ektron

Desirable Skills

Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS
