What Youll Do
As theRSP Teacher you will support students receiving special education services while partnering closely with classroom teachers service providers and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Providespecialized academic instructionin reading writing math and executive functioning
- Support students inpull-out push-in small-group and 1:1 settings
- Develop implement and monitorIEP goals
- Manage caseload compliance and progress reporting
- Attend and contribute toIEP meetings
- Collaborate with general education teachers on accommodations and modifications
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
- Maintain compliance withIDEA California Ed Code and district timelines
- Partner with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Required Qualifications
- ActiveCalifornia Education Specialist Instruction Credential
- Authorization inMild/Moderate Support Needs
- Previous school-based Special Education or RSP experience preferred
- Strong knowledge ofIEP development compliance and case management
- Experience supporting inclusion and general education collaboration
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Active California CTC clearance
