What Youll Do

As theRSP Teacher you will support students receiving special education services while partnering closely with classroom teachers service providers and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Providespecialized academic instructionin reading writing math and executive functioning
• Support students inpull-out push-in small-group and 1:1 settings
• Develop implement and monitorIEP goals
• Manage caseload compliance and progress reporting
• Attend and contribute toIEP meetings
• Collaborate with general education teachers on accommodations and modifications
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
• Maintain compliance withIDEA California Ed Code and district timelines
• Partner with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

We are looking for educators who bring bothtechnical SPED expertise and heart-centered student advocacy.

Required Qualifications

• ActiveCalifornia Education Specialist Instruction Credential
• Authorization inMild/Moderate Support Needs
• Previous school-based Special Education or RSP experience preferred
• Strong knowledge ofIEP development compliance and case management
• Experience supporting inclusion and general education collaboration
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Active California CTC clearance
