Job summary
As a Project Specialist within Global Banking - Client Onboarding Services you will lead strategy development and multi-phase initiatives supporting inquiry management to improve client and operational experiences. You will build data-driven business cases translate strategy into clear objectives and key results and maintain visibility into roadmaps and delivery backlogs. You will partner with business product and technology teams to remove impediments manage dependencies and improve delivery outcomes. You will promote a collaborative high-performing culture through clear communication and transparency from work intake through closure. This is an individual contributor role that will evolve as business needs grow.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with business product and technology stakeholders to align priorities expectations and delivery outcomes.
- Develop data-driven business cases for new initiatives including benefits costs risks and success measures.
- Align initiatives to strategy by translating priorities into clear objectives and key results and tracking progress.
- Maintain visibility into program roadmaps discovery outputs and delivery backlogs to support sequencing and execution.
- Facilitate current-state assessments with subject matter experts to identify opportunities and required capabilities.
- Identify dependencies and impediments and drive resolution to improve productivity and delivery predictability.
- Coordinate initiative lifecycle management from concept through initiation and execution to support smooth transitions.
- Ensure governance needs are addressed by coordinating controls legal and compliance engagement as required.
- Communicate status risks and decisions clearly through concise written updates and effective verbal presentations.
- Promote team collaboration and continuous improvement through feedback loops and working agreements.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Three years of experience in program delivery product support business analysis or a related domain including discovery and requirements definition.
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and product/project management fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to evaluate options and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and driving execution across teams.
- Ability to research benchmark best practices analyze findings and recommend process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelors degree required.
