Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations on industrial and construction job sites across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget while providing hands-on leadership to field crews and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily job site operations
• Supervise field personnel subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure all work meets project specifications safety standards and quality requirements
• Coordinate scheduling of labor materials and equipment
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
• Maintain daily reports including manpower progress and jobsite issues
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers clients and internal teams
• Identify and resolve field challenges in a timely manner
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure proper PPE usage

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role
• Background in industrial or construction environments
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Knowledge of jobsite safety standards and regulations
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in industrial environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand walk bend and lift as required on active job sites
