Description/Job Summary

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Schedule: 12-hour rotating/swing shift including weekends and holiday over time as needed.


Basic job duties: Assist in the operation and maintenance of equipment and employees related to the parboiling and drying of rice. Conducts frequent inspections to ensure that equipment is functioning properly product is within specifications and housekeeping is adequately maintained. Monitors and confirms accurate documentation of production maintenance and sanitation procedures according to food safety and quality assurance guidelines.


Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must possess basic mechanical skills.
• Must possess written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language fluently.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 pounds when needed.
• Must be willing and able to climb up to 80 feet.
• Must be willing and able to bend stoop twist turn push and pull throughout the day.
