Our Client is hiring Senior Business Analysts to support a major Primary Care Information Exchange initiative focused on enabling seamless healthcare data sharing.
This initiative will improve patient care coordination clinical decision-making and data accessibility across healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects developers and UX teams to gather and analyze requirements including business data integration interface and non-functional
- Create refine and manage user stories and product backlogs in collaboration with product owners and vendors
- Support Agile delivery cycles including sprint planning demos retrospectives and backlog refinement
- Document business processes system requirements and solution designs using Agile best practices
- Develop and support execution of end-to-end test scripts for functional validation
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings with clear documentation action tracking and follow-ups
- Identify and manage risks assumptions and constraints across the project lifecycle
- Define and track performance metrics and customer experience KPIs
- Work with project managers to drive process improvements and delivery efficiency
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Must-Have Requirements
- 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare or IT projects
- 3 years experience working on medium to high complexity Agile initiatives
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business data and system requirements
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders facilitate discussions and drive outcomes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with provincial healthcare systems or public sector environments
- Knowledge of PHIPA and healthcare data privacy standards
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
