Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our organizations transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within our Capital Markets division.
This is a unique player/coach opportunity for a seasoned professional who can both guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing our new Agile framework.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across our organization.
