A highly respected national law firm is looking to add a junior Real Estate Associate to its Seattle office.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate transactions while getting hands-on experience and meaningful mentorship.

What Youll Work On

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Leasing and development matters
• Real estate financing transactions
• Exposure to both borrower- and lender-side work

Youll gain experience across a variety of asset types and deal structures with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.

Who This Could Be a Fit For

• 14 years of transactional real estate experience
• Exposure to acquisitions leasing financing or development work
• Strong drafting communication and organizational skills
• Interest in building a well-rounded commercial real estate practice
• Common interest community experience is a plus
• Washington bar admission

Compensation: $200000 $250000 (depending on experience)
