Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to support aftermarket operations and customer engagement activities within the aerospace domain. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between customers internal teams and external stakeholders to support flying fleet requirements including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and spare parts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service during customer visits trade shows air shows conferences and special events
- Coordinate agendas and logistics for product demonstrations evaluations and customer engagements
- Act as a liaison between customers and executive management
- Support senior leadership with planning coordination and execution of customer-related activities
- Manage budgets schedules and distribution of promotional materials for events
- Ensure compliance with company policies customer commitments and ethical standards
- Determine production status and track availability of replacement parts
- Utilize Clients quoting systems to prepare and manage customer quotes
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers (MEs) on spare configurations and make/buy decisions
- Administer end-to-end quoting process and follow up with customers
- Support AOG and spare parts requirements for the active fleet
- Coordinate with Boeing and internal teams to fulfill customer requests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in aftermarket or aerospace environment preferred
- Familiarity with quoting systems (Clients tools preferred)
- Strong understanding of production status tracking and spare parts management
- Ability to make make vs. buy decisions in coordination with engineering teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace industry experience OR
- Bachelors degree with relevant customer service experience
Work Schedule
- Shift: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
