Job Summary
Domestic Considerations:
1 Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
2 Will need to spend up to a max of 35 nights out of bed in support of Recces Exercise and training delivery.
3 Must live within 30 Mins of TF2 7DX
4 Have previous experience managing Soft and Hard FM
Position Role Squadron Quartermaster Sergeant (SQMS
Responsibilities:
1. The maintenance and supervision of all accounts on his charge.
2. Act as supervisor to the Sqn civilian SQMS staff and the SQMS (AR).
3. Ensure that all work service orders are processed correctly through the RFCA.
4. Ensure that stock checks and audits are carried out in accordance with direction from the QM and current regs.
5. All equipment is accounted for correctly and handover / takeover of equipment to be controlled.
6. Maintain a register of all security keys held by the Sqn.
7. Attend training periods and camps as required and complete all mandatory training tests as per current regs.
8. Deputy focal point at Sqn level for all HSW and COSHH matters.
