Salary: 52500 per annum DOE 5000 welcome bonus 5000 annual quality bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week

Service Users: Young people (up to 4 beds) with adverse childhood experiences
Qualifications Required: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willingness to start within 6 months)
Experience Required: Proven experience working with vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting including leadership experience

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new childrens home. You will be responsible for building and leading a stable team delivering high standards of care and ensuring young people are safe supported and able to thrive.
You will have a strong understanding of safeguarding quality standards and the regulatory framework for childrens homes. A detail-oriented approach is essential alongside the ability to advocate effectively for young people and ensure their voices are central to all decision-making.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can combine structure with creativity bringing a positive and solution-focused mindset to the challenges of opening and developing a new service.
