Job Description:

Design & develop customized Professional Education courses for One Ethicon business in collaboration with KOLs BU leaders and Marketing teams.

Ideate and Execute Digital Professional Education Strategies in alignment with the broad Organizational imperatives

Design and moderate / facilitate Advisory boards and round table meetings with KOLs for shaping the education and training to advance optimal patient outcomes.

Support procedure development of HCPs with appropriate professional education modules

Implement Professional Education strategy for HCPs engagement with regard to safe and effective usage of Ethicon Products

Identify onboard and train faculties to support our Professional Education Program

Development of internal & external communications

Enable strong collaboration with multiple internal and external partners to assess and leverage innovative training technologies and models to meet Professional Education strategy objectives.

Contract management of key education suppliers

Management of overall logistics of educational events

Comply with applicable statutory regulations and Medical associations bodies of respective countries

Support Professional Education with innovative program and channel suitable to countries

Work closely with Johnson & Johnson Institutes to facilitate hands-on training

Formulate Operating Guidelines designing of course brochure and appropriate training materials

Work closely with medical colleges academic institutions medical association and drive Professional education programs

Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing teams

Responsible for Professional Education dashboard of franchises

Provides technical support and information to the internal Sales / Marketing.
